I recently received a comment on my Squidoo lens Free Ping Services. The person left a relevant comment about my lens and left a link pointing to their lens and asking for a visit and a like…I did go check out the link as it is about SEO and that is something I am very interested in. Some of these suggestions are good ideas and others are outdated and spammy.
